Tuesday, Dec. 8: 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 9: 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 10: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Tools for Planning Your Booth
Everything you need to plan a successful exhibit is available in one convenient location. Access important exhibitor resources, including the Exhibitor Service Manual, shipping and material handling information, booth guidelines, move-in and move-out schedules, order forms, and other planning tools.

Housing & Badge Registration

Housing and badge registration will open soon! Once available, you'll be able to reserve your hotel accommodations and register your booth staff through this page.
Please check back for opening dates, deadlines, and important instructions. We encourage you to make your reservations and register your team early to ensure the best availability and a seamless convention experience.
Marketing and Add-On Opportunities:
Maximize your company's visibility before, during, and after the convention with a variety of sponsorships, advertising options, and exhibitor add-ons. These opportunities are designed to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to your booth, and help you connect with attendees in meaningful ways.
Browse the available opportunities to find the options that best fit your marketing goals. Many offerings are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your selections early.
Affiliate Requests
Invite your customers, distributors, sales representatives, or other affiliated partners to attend the convention by submitting an Affiliate Request. Approved affiliates may receive access based on the event's registration guidelines and eligibility requirements.
Please review the affiliate policies and submit your request by the posted deadline. Early submission is encouraged to allow adequate time for processing and approval.
Pre-Convention Attendee Mailing List
Promote your presence at the convention by purchasing the official pre-convention attendee mailing list. This list allows exhibitors to reach registered attendees prior to the event with announcements, product highlights, booth invitations, and other promotional materials.
The attendee mailing list is available exclusively to current exhibitors and may only be used in accordance with the event's mailing list policies. Please review the ordering information, usage guidelines, and availability dates before placing your order.
