AAEP Conv Reg Kit_Hotels Map

AAEP has secured room blocks at four convenient hotels. The daily rate listed is for single/double occupancy and excludes 12.5% local taxes and any applicable parking fees. The deadline to reserve a room at the AAEP rate, cancel a reservation or make changes is Nov. 13. Hotel reservations will open the week of July 29 when registration opens. You must be registered for the convention to book a hotel room at the AAEP rate.

Rates:

Hyatt Regency Orlando – $263/night

You’re sure to appreciate the recreational amenities at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, which include two outdoor swimming pools, a 24-hour health club, and a waterslide. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and gift shops/newsstands. Guests can get around on the shuttle (surcharge), which operates within 1 miles.

Grab a bite at Descend 21, one of the hotel’s 3 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the 24-hour room service. Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/cafe. Relax with a refreshing drink from the poolside bar or one of the 2 bars/lounges. Full breakfasts are available daily for a fee.
