About the AAEP
The American Association of Equine Practitioners, headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, was founded in 1954 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the health and welfare of the horse.
Currently, the AAEP reaches more than 5 million horse owners through its over 9,000 members worldwide and is actively involved in ethic issues, practice management, research and continuing education in the equine veterinary profession and horse industry.
2025 Pre-Sell For Booth Space
Booth space is selected during the virtual Pre-Sell. Pre-sell time slots are assigned on a priority point system. The Pre-sell will take place in late Spring. To participate in the Pre-Sell, please fill out the application and return to Debbie Miles at dmiles@aaep.org
If you submit an application after the Pre-sell is completed, booth space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis until sold out.

Do you have a new product or research you want to showcase outside your exhibit space? Do you want dedicated time in front of an audience? We have an opportunity for you.
Give a demo in front of a live audience during the lunch break! This is a chance for companies to present research on a new product, demo equipment or give a sales pitch. Presentation time slots will take place during the lunch break 2 days of the trade show. This is a great way to create buzz for your company, attract more members to your booth and increase sales at the show. Time slots are limited to 30 minutes.

If you are approached by any housing company freight or any other third-party company, please delete or ignore the message. Any legit information will come directly from Debbie Miles.
