How to Register
Note: Registration opens in early July.
Annual dues must be current to register at the member rate. Your convention registration confirmation will be automatically emailed.
Register by Mail or Fax
Photocopy the registration form and send with your payment by October 25. Your canceled check will serve as your receipt. By including your credit card number on the form, you may fax us your registration at (859) 233-1968. You may make extra photocopies to register additional people. Confirmation will be emailed when your registration is processed.
If you prefer to register by phone, please contact Kristin Walker in the AAEP office at (800) 443-0177 (U.S. and Canada) or (859) 233-0147. AAEP business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.
Confirmation of your convention registration will be automatically emailed when you register online. If you register by phone, mail or fax, you will receive a confirmation email when your registration is processed.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Kristin Walker, AAEP Membership & Event Services Coordinator at email@example.com. Cancellations received by November 1 are entitled to a full refund, less at $75 cancellation fee. Exceptions possible; please contact Lori Rawls, Director of Finance and Operation, at (859) 705-0425.
We’re so proud of the quality program that we promise to refund your registration fee if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your convention education experience.
If you require special accommodations to fully participate, please check the disabilities box on the registration form and an AAEP staff member will contact you.
