Convention Hotels

Indulge in the dining and nightlife one can only find in Las Vegas-both on-site at the AAEP's group hotels listed below and just a short walk, tram or rideshare down the Strip. Nightly rates presented below are for single/double occupancy and exclude 13.38% hotel tax and $15 daily resort fee. Read the hotel group's 7-point safety plan here.

The deadline to reserve a room at the AAEP rate, cancel a reservation or make changes is Nov. 11. Please book your hotel room online here. You must be registered for the convention to book a hotel room at the AAEP rate. To register, click here.

We recommend that attendees not make non-refundable travel plans until 75 days prior to scheduled start date of the conference. Should it be necessary to cancel the Annual Convention, the AAEP will notify attendees by mid September. If the in-person conference is cancelled by the AAEP, we will only be able to refund registration fees paid. Your hotel(s) will fully refund your booked room. Any other expenses related to travel, including airfare, will likely be subject to your chosen airline.
