Recording your PowerPoint Presentation on a Mac with narrator video is a bit more complicated, but your Mac has all the software you need to get things done.

Takeaways:

  • You can use QuickTime for Mac to record both yourself and your screen while you’re making your presentation.

  • Be sure to pause speaking as you transition from one slide to the next: PowerPoint won’t record narration during transitions

  • Your audience will be viewing your slides on home computers or mobile devices with relatively small screens: don’t overload your slides

  • Remember that your audience will be able to pause and replay sections of your presentation
